TMG has aligned with the Transformational Government Strategy during the development of Local Authority business requirements definition, in preparation for business-focused ICT strategy planning. Information Systems Planning
Using
our significant experience in Information Engineering, we
have helped Local Authorities, Government Bodies and Emergency

Our methodology uses both a ‘top down’ and ‘bottom
up’ approach to ensure that user’s functional
requirements are met whilst aligning all application systems
with the strategic needs of the organisation.

Selection and Systems Implementation
Our
knowledge and experience of ‘good practice’ in
ITT preparation and in tender and systems evaluation significantly
improves the chances of selecting the most appropriate commercial
software.
TMG also has extensive experience in project managing the
implementation of systems at an organisational and departmental
level. We act on behalf of clients in a quality assurance
role, managing software suppliers to ensure that they deliver
in a timely and quality manner.

TMG takes a simple approach to business continuity planning, based on threat and impact analysis followed by recovery documentation. Our experienced consultants have not only built and tested business continuity plans but have successfully invoked them in real life situations.
