Judy Tarrant
Judy joined the IT industry in the early 1970’s with IBM where she remained until the end of 1990. Her career spanned working as a systems engineer and in sales, across the spectrum of mainframe, midrange and PC’s with responsibility for significant business goals. After leaving IBM she worked as an IT consultant within several smaller businesses with the specific aim of adding her knowledge and experience to these organisations.

In 1998 she became a founding partner in TMG IT Consultancy, taking responsibility as Managing Partner. Judy is currently developing the business in the areas of IT infrastructure design, implementation and support.

Eileen Hoare
Eileen gained significant Information Technology experience during 25 years in manufacturing industry. Working on a European scale as Director of Information Technology for Europe, she was responsible for a pan-European IT Team, providing and supporting corporate IT systems. Project managing at a US and European corporate level included cross-functional and cross-cultural team activities. Eileen has considerable consultancy experience, joined TMG IT Consultancy in 2002, became a Partner in 2003 and is now developing a core consultancy team in specialist areas.

Paul Ruocco
Paul was a founding partner in TMG IT Consultancy in 1998 and is the Financial Partner.
